SuperWin may ask you to verify your identity, age or payment method at any time and for any reason. This is a standard requirement and protects both the player and the platform. Failure to complete a verification request within a reasonable timeframe may result in a withdrawal hold or account restriction.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your SuperWin login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Do not access your account on a shared or public device without logging out afterwards. SuperWin will not be liable for losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You may close your SuperWin account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method following a standard verification check. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
SuperWin reserves the right to close or suspend any account that breaches these Terms, that is associated with fraudulent activity, or where we believe the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to the player's wellbeing.
An account is considered inactive if it has had no login activity for twelve consecutive months. SuperWin will notify you by email before applying any inactive account maintenance fee. The fee will not reduce a real-money balance below zero. Once an inactive account is reactivated through a login, no further fee applies for that calendar month.
SuperWin accepts deposits via the following methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. No third-party payment methods are accepted — you must deposit only from payment accounts that are registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit on SuperWin is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger a verification request as a standard security measure.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your SuperWin wallet within seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are credited within 1–2 minutes. No Third-Party Payments: Sending funds to SuperWin through another person's Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account is strictly prohibited. Any such payment will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount on SuperWin is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this amount are not processed. There is no minimum number of deposits required before a withdrawal can be made, provided wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 1–2 hours. VIP players at Platinum and Diamond tier receive prioritised processing.
Withdrawals are returned to the payment method most recently used for a deposit. In cases where this is not possible, SuperWin may process the withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method registered in the player's name.
If you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, only the real-money portion of your balance is immediately available for withdrawal. The bonus balance — and any winnings generated from it — becomes withdrawable once the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
SuperWin may place a hold on a withdrawal request pending identity verification. This is standard practice and is done to protect both the player and the platform. Players are encouraged to complete voluntary verification before making a withdrawal request to avoid delays.
All bonuses and promotions offered by SuperWin are subject to these Terms and to any additional terms stated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over general Terms for that particular offer. SuperWin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.
SuperWin's casino welcome bonus matches your first deposit 100% up to Rs 15,000. The bonus is credited automatically when a qualifying deposit of at least Rs 500 is made. A 35x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per IP address.
A 50% reload bonus up to Rs 8,000 is available on the first deposit of each calendar week. A 30x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 300. This offer is available to all players who made at least one deposit in the previous calendar week.
A 10% cashback on daily net slot losses up to Rs 5,000 is credited automatically at midnight PKT each day. This cashback carries a 1x wagering requirement — meaning it must be wagered once before withdrawal. Only real-money stakes count toward net loss calculation; bonus-funded play does not qualify.
SuperWin operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using matched betting strategies funded by bonus balances, wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion between players. Bonus Expiry: All SuperWin bonuses have an expiry date stated at the point of offer. Bonus funds that have not been used and wagering requirements that have not been completed by the expiry date result in the bonus being forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on SuperWin are subject to acceptance. SuperWin reserves the right to limit or refuse a bet at its discretion, including before or after it has been confirmed on screen. In cases where a bet is refused after appearing to be confirmed, the stake will be returned in full.
The minimum sports bet on SuperWin is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by event, market and player account status. SuperWin may set individual player bet limits based on betting patterns, account history or risk management considerations. VIP players may apply for increased bet limits through their account manager.
All SuperWin odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time a bet is placed. In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being offered, SuperWin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Bets placed at odds that are evidently incorrect will not be honoured.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum required play has been completed, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. For events that are partially completed, settlement rules depend on the specific sport and market — these are detailed in the sport-specific rules available on the SuperWin platform. In-play bets placed and settled before abandonment stand.
PSL and Pakistan international cricket matches are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. DLS-adjusted results are honoured. Matches reduced by weather are settled on the official result. Super Overs count as part of the match result for match winner markets unless stated otherwise. Live ball-by-ball markets are settled on the ball-by-ball outcome as it occurs.
All casino games on SuperWin — including slots, RNG table games and live dealer titles — are provided by licensed third-party software providers whose games are independently tested and certified. The RTP percentages displayed on game pages are theoretical averages certified by these testing laboratories and apply over millions of rounds. Individual session results will vary significantly.
If your internet connection is lost during a casino game round, the round will complete automatically according to the game's programming. For live dealer games, the outcome of any round in progress when the disconnection occurs will stand. SuperWin is not liable for losses incurred due to a player's internet connectivity issues.
SuperWin may apply a maximum single withdrawal limit from casino game winnings. For jackpot games, payment may be made in instalments where winnings significantly exceed standard withdrawal thresholds. These limits are communicated in advance and do not affect your entitlement to the full amount — only the speed at which it is paid.
In the event of a game malfunction or technical fault, any game round affected is void and stakes are returned. SuperWin works with software providers to identify and rectify malfunctions as quickly as possible.
Esports bets placed on SuperWin are subject to the same general sports betting rules outlined in Section 7, with the following additions specific to esports competitions.
If an esports match is abandoned before the minimum required gameplay has been completed (as defined per game title in SuperWin's esports rules), all pre-match bets are voided. For PUBG Mobile matches, this means at least one full chicken dinner game must be completed. For CS2 and Valorant, at least one map must be completed for map-winner markets to stand.
If a team plays a match with a stand-in or replacement player due to a last-minute roster change, bets placed before the change was publicly announced stand and are settled as normal. SuperWin does not void bets on the basis of post-bet roster changes unless the match itself is cancelled or rescheduled.
Technical pauses within a match — such as those allowed by tournament organisers for equipment or connectivity issues — do not affect the validity of pre-match or in-play bets. The match is considered to have continued once play resumes. If a technical pause results in a complete match restart, in-play bets placed during the original match are voided.
SuperWin's VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier status is determined by total real-money wagering across all platform products — sports betting, casino, esports and poker — within a rolling calendar month.
VIP tier status is reassessed on the first day of each calendar month. To maintain a tier, the required monthly wagering threshold must be met in the preceding month. Players who fall below a tier threshold are downgraded on the first of the following month. This does not affect any VIP rewards already credited.
Weekly VIP cashback is calculated on net losses across all platform activity during the calendar week and credited every Monday. Cashback percentages increase with tier level and are non-negotiable. VIP cashback carries a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
SuperWin reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove VIP Club benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
